Does the company support learning and development?

We invest directly in our team covering continued education across universities, colleges, certifications, and industry designations. Complementing this is The Academy, our ongoing internal training program designed to deepen expertise, refine skills, and support long-term careers in private aviation. Because when our people aim higher, we all do.
What is a red pass?
A Red Pass, or Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC), is a high-level security credential required for unescorted access to an airport’s restricted zones. This designation allows authorized personnel to operate within sensitive airside environments, including hangars, ramps, and taxiways. To ensure the utmost safety and discretion, every pass holder must undergo a rigorous federal background check and biometric enrollment process. Although not all roles require a security clearance, many roles need it to perform the core functions of their job.
Do you have flight benefits?
Yes! Employees can access discounted travel on select empty-leg flights, subject to availability. These flights occur when an aircraft is repositioning without passengers. Since empty-leg flights follow live charter schedules, their timing and routing can change, making them ideal for flexible, spontaneous travel within North America.
What are standard work hours?
Many of our roles follow a traditional Monday–Friday schedule, while others stick to the rhythm of a 24/7 aviation operation. Not every role needs that level of availability, and expectations vary by department. We believe in open and thoughtful conversations, so specific scheduling details will always be discussed clearly throughout the hiring process.
Where are your teams based?
We hire pilots and operational staff based in Edmonton and Calgary, where two of our three hangars are located. Our third hangar is in Vancouver.
