Vik Saini — President
Vik Saini is the President and CEO of Air Partners and its parent company, Take Flight Group. Known for his vision, integrity, and relentless focus on the customer experience, Vik leads a team of aviation professionals dedicated to redefining excellence in private aviation. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved significant growth, strengthened its culture, and earned recognition as Canada’s only jet operator with four independent safety accreditations.
Vik’s aviation journey began at WestJet Airlines, where he played a pivotal role in shaping inflight service standards and training programs during a transformative period for the airline. His commitment to service excellence was recognized with both the City of Calgary’s White Hat Award and WestJet’s prestigious President’s Award.
A graduate of the Ivey Business School MBA program, Vik brings a strategic, people-first approach to leadership – balancing innovation, performance, and safety with an unwavering commitment to clients and community. He currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Aviation Faculty at Mount Royal University, is a member of UNICEF Canada’s Patron’s Council, and volunteers on the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation Candy Cane Gala Committee.
Dallas Schlamp - Vice President of Operations
Dallas Schlamp brings more than two decades of aviation experience and a steadfast commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence. Since joining the organization in 2012, Dallas has advanced through a series of leadership roles – including Training Captain, Training Manager, Assistant Chief Pilot, Chief Pilot, and Director of Flight Operations – before assuming his current position as Vice President of Operations.
In his role, Dallas oversees flight operations across the fleet, leading a talented team of pilots and operational professionals dedicated to delivering seamless, world-class experiences for Air Partners’ clients. A highly accomplished aviator, Dallas is actively endorsed to fly both the Falcon 2000 and Hawker 800XP, bringing firsthand perspective to the operational standards he upholds.
With his deep technical expertise and calm, collaborative leadership style, Dallas continues to play a key role in shaping Air Partners’ reputation for precision, performance, and trust.
Wade Brummet - Vice President of Maintenance
As Vice President of Finance, Gene Rodman provides the strategic financial leadership that underpins Air Partners’ growth and stability. With more than two decades of experience in accounting, finance, and aviation, Gene brings both technical precision and a collaborative leadership style to his role overseeing all aspects of treasury, payroll, and financial reporting.
Gene joined Air Partners in 2008, following an extensive career at WestJet Airlines, where he advanced through roles in operations accounting, compliance, and business analysis during the company’s most transformative years. His deep understanding of aviation finance and disciplined approach to performance have made him an integral part of Air Partners’ success and expansion.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and graduate of the University of Calgary’s Bachelor of Commerce program, Gene continues to exemplify excellence and accountability in every facet of financial stewardship at Air Partners.
Gene Rodman - Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Maintenance, Wade Brummet brings decades of experience in aircraft maintenance, technical operations, and quality assurance to Air Partners. Since joining the company in 2013, Wade has led a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for all maintenance activities with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and trust.
Wade’s career includes leadership roles with major Canadian aviation organizations such as Air Canada Jazz – where he oversaw a fleet of 86 aircraft across six maintenance bases during the merger of multiple regional carriers – and Sunwest Aviation, where he served as Quality Manager and Crew Chief. His broad technical expertise and calm, results-driven leadership have earned him the trust of colleagues and clients alike.
Wade continues to uphold Air Partners’ commitment to precision, reliability, and operational excellence across every aircraft in the fleet.
